I sent the phone back and haven't seen any sign of my refund or exchange yet. It's taking way too long, and I'm not getting any updates.

The phone I received just didn’t work at all. It was on for about 2 minutes before it completely shut down and now it won’t turn back on. I spent £195 on this thing and have been trying to get a refund, but it seems like that’s not gonna happen since the product page has vanished. I can’t even link it on PayPal, and the seller isn’t responding.
Could you please help me out so I can return the phone and get my cash back? It’d be great to stop others from losing their hard-earned money too.

I ordered an iPhone X for £190 and received it the very next day in pristine condition. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it’s been flawless. I recently bought a couple of Samsung S10s in the last six months. I chose the 'excellent condition' option, and let me tell you, they look brand new, like they just came out of the box. I'm definitely sticking with these. They showed up in around four days, but I wasn't in a hurry since I had my old phone to use. I was a bit skeptical about my first order because I saw a lot of negative reviews, mostly about delivery delays, but that didn't bother me. Overall, I'm really happy with both of my purchases and would totally recommend them.

The phone arrived in great shape, but it showed up late and was locked. *I managed to get it unlocked* to fix this issue. I had to reach out to customer support, and they were pretty unclear about why it was locked with another person's SIM card still inside. They finally sent me the unlock code after about 4 hours.

It’s nearly perfect, but I’ve got a couple of minor issues:
I chose the "Excellent condition" option, but while it was in decent shape, calling it excellent would be a stretch, especially because of the noticeable scratches around the SIM card area. It’s now in a protective case, so those scratches aren’t visible anymore, but after shelling out for excellent, I expected better.

The other small issue is that the phone only came with a USB cable, a dead battery, and no charger. We didn’t need to use it right away, so we had time to find a compatible USB power supply, but for the price, including a charger would’ve been a nice touch.

This is the second device I've purchased, and once more, the customer service was top-notch. The phone is just right. It was promoted as being in pristine condition, and it truly is. No question, I’ll be getting a third phone when the opportunity arises.

The process was straightforward. I purchased the phone as a present, and everything seemed to be on track. I received a confirmation that the details were sent to DPD and that the package was supposed to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the parcel. I can handle the wait, but it was meant to be a birthday surprise for my sister. I've reached out to Phone Enterprise, but I haven't heard back from them.

I picked up an S8 for 150£ in mint condition. It arrived the very next day. The phone looked practically brand new. No issues whatsoever. I'd definitely suggest buying from this store.
